Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, 

We currently have a PolySync 40 for our meeting room and we use it by connecting it via USB to avoid Bluetooth problems, But 9/10 times it gives error saying the microphone has been muted by our system preference. I've followed the suggested fixes online but sometimes it just does not change the result. 

Added information; most of our computers have Window 11 

Every time we use Google Meets or even Teams call it does the same issue and sometimes it works by disconnecting it and reconnecting it. Now I am looking for a solution to permanently fix it, especially given the fact that is a high end not cheap IT item.

I would suggest you contact our support organization as all people in the community are volunteers and cannot provide software fixes.
