Sync 40+

Hello! When pairing two identical Poly Sync 40+ devices, the microphones on one of them stop working, but all other functions continue to work. If you use devices separately, then the microphones work on both devices

Welcome to the HP community.

 

Unfortunately, Your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product or the Partner application you are using.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

 

It would also be of interest what these Poly Sync are connected to.

Have you paired the Sync40 in daisy chain mode as outlined >here<?

Yes. The devices are paired using daisy chain mode
