CCX 500-M

We are using Cisco Unity Connection 14 for voicemail and I would like to know how to configure the CCX 500-M (v7.0.3.0228) to use it for voicemail.

For any follow up questions I suggest you contact Cisco support as they are most likely the ones who can answer this.

Thank you for the info.

I am new to the Poly phones as all of my experiance is with Cisco products.  Therefore, I have little to no experiance with xml and the related technologies used by Poly to manage their phones.  If I may I would like to ask a question.

Are there templates for the xml config files for the phones?
