Since the upgrade to the New Teams, the "CX300 R2"  is stuck at, "Sign in to Microsoft Lync".
The microphone and speaker works, but not the dialpad.  The mute button is not in sync with Teams.

Is this phone no longer supported in the new Teams, or is there some way to fix this?

Thanks!

Hello @radiofan123 ,

welcome to the HP Poly community.

The CX300R2 was originally developed for usage with Microsoft LYNC. After this was retired it would still work with Microsoft Skype for Business. Microsoft Teams may originally still made it work but the unit is no longer supported and end of life for Years.

I suggest you consult a Microsoft-focused community forum and/or work with Microsoft Support. Feel free to provide and update here if you find out.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
