CCX 350-M
Android 9.0 Pie

I have several CCX 350 Poly phones.  I have one that, on the row of buttons below the screen, have the following functions:
1 - Phone 

2 - Voice Mail

3 - People/contacts

4 - Lock

 

But on another phone those buttons are configured:

1 - Phone 

2 - Empty

3 - Empty

4 - Voice Mail

How do I control/configure the buttons?  I need a voicemail button on the phones not showing it.
Both examples are configured as Teams phones.

welcome back to the HP Poly community.

 

If you would have simply replied to your original post >here< with the details requested a volunteer could have moved it.

 

We still do not have any idea what poly PVOS software the phone is running and what Microsoft Teams application version.

 

With this missing and the simple fact that this is a Microsoft app and at least I have no idea what type of accounts are being used for these, we can only recommend checking in a Microsoft-owned community or with Microsoft Support.

 

Please come back here once you have an answer.
