Microsoft controls and provides the Office software under their own contracts and licenses.

Microsoft 365 / all Microsoft Office products are licensed and controlled by Microsoft.

We can help to the extent of providing information to help you understand your options.

 The short version: 

When you first used your Office software, it should / would have been registered with Microsoft.

Contact Microsoft for help with your Office Products.

Having trouble getting Office Updates?

If you have not done so,

Check - Consider letting Windows Updates include "other" Microsoft products

Example - Windows 11

Settings > Windows Update > Advanced Options

Switch ON "Receive updates for other Microsoft products"
