HP 17 Laptop PC 17-c2000 (4V792AV)

I purchased a HP laptop in March 2023. Keyboard had repeating keys from the beginning ( I thought it was just sensitive keys)they replaced the keyboard. Resolved. However the additional intermittent working sound and microphone was not repaired. It was sent in twice for repair. Each time I receive it back there is no microphone.  Even though this is an issue affecting the functions  of the computer I kept reloading the driver as that is what goes missing after an update or restart. My frustration is dealing with a product that is faulty and the lack of urgency and absence of effective customer service to just provide me with a new computer. What is the next step if escalation doesn't resolve this? Any suggestions to resolve this would be appreciated.

This did not help. I have been on with multiple techs. My driver disappears as soon as my computer updated or I start it. I'm desperate to reach out as the escalation process is so far ineffective. I purchased it as a brand new computer and have yet had the trouble free ownership a brand new product should provide.Very disappointing  that you dismiss my issue so easily. It's not resolved. 

I just want someone to exercise some common sense and provide me with a brand new computer.
