Operating System: iOS

i got my sprocket 200 for Christmas. yesterday, i opened the package and started setting it up. i followed the directions on the app, but my printer doesn’t seem like it’s charging and it hasn’t turned on even once. i tried charging it overnight but still nothing. i also tried resetting it, but it didn’t respond. adding onto that, no lights have come on. it won’t respond at all. can someone help?
