Hi,

In my sprocket app I click on the sprocket in 'manage printers' and it tells me that there is a firmware update available and to charge to at least 25% and click 'sprocket' in the menu. When I press the three lines (menu) there is no 'sprocket' option just a 'manage printers' option which if I click gives me the same firmware message. How do I do a firmware update? I have a google pixel 6 pro if that helps.

I have this same issue. If I go to manage printers I can see my sprocket, and when I click on my sprocket it tells there is a firmware upgrade. But when I go to the main menu, there is no option to click on Sprocket so that I can upgrade the firmware.
