Why the second user I have added to my account it says that is expired? And why when I am trying to add him again by sending an invitation by email I get a message that this email has already been invited? How can I add the user again?

Thanks in advance

FAQ

Can I share remote printing to my printer with other people?

Yes. You can share remote printing with additional people by sending them an email invite from your HP Smart account.

  1. Open the HP Smart app, and then click the Account icon or the icon with your initials.

  2. Sign in to your account if prompted, and then click Manage HP Account.

  3. Under your Account Dashboard, click Solutions, and then click Print Anywhere to open the settings.

  4. Enable Allow printing from anywhere and Require Private Pickup for each printer you want to share.

    Note:

Private Pickup is required to share remote printing with other authorized users.

  5. Return to the Account Dashboard, and then click Users to open the printer sharing settings.

  6. Click Invite, enter the user's email address, and then click the add icon

  7. Repeat this step for any additional email addresses, and then click Confirm to send an invitation to each address with instructions to accept and share the printer.

If the invitation expires before a person can accept, delete the email address from the list, and then send a new invitation.
