Error when trying to add a new Email Server

Printer model. HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4302.

I am receiving this error when logged into the printer and trying to add a new email server for Scan to email using Embedded Web Services. 

I log in using the printer IP then input the PIN, Go to General> Email Servers>click on add. Note there is none atm as the last one was configured wrongly.

Error see attached.

"Check for invalid or missing entries"

It has the options cancel or add the add button does nothing I can only cancel out.

SMTP SERVER: smtp.office365.com

Port: 587

Requires SSL: Yes

Requires TLS: Yes

Username: Will be Outlook details

Password: Will be outlook details

If your email provider requires it (many do),

Sign into your email provider's website -

Open the security section.

Make sure you have enabled 2-Step verification (2FA).

Next, Create an App Password - make note of the password when you create it.

Use the App Password in your Email Servers Profile in place of your regular email password.

Example - Scan to Email - SMTP - General > Email Servers & Scan > Scan to Email defaults

Thanks for the response, I won't have access to this printer until later this week. I will try your advise then report back with findings and any issues encountered.
