I could previously use HP software to scan double sided and the software would automatically organise the pages. I have a new HP computer and  it appears I now  have to manually reorganise the pages. Is there software that will do this automatically as before. Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Double sided scanning can be done using the HP FULL Solution Software for your operating system.

 

WHat is the printer model? Need to get the correct software for the specific printer model.
Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

I have downloaded  Hp smart  for the printer and the  printer supports double sided printing(  office pro 8610) but now once I have scanned the pages, i have to reorganise them into the correct order. I did nt have to do this previously, it was done automatically. I am looking for software that will continue to do this. Thanks

Please download and install teh HP FULL Software for the printer model:

HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer series Software and Driver Details

 

After installing the software, it would have the prompt for the 2 sided scan .

Thank yoyu for tghe response and i have downloaded the software but like tghe previous version, i still have to manually organise the pages. Is this the case with all software?
