Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP lj 5. Its been in the atic for long time. When i started clearing the atic, and found it it just says "remove paper jam". I took off the plastics of the printer and cleaned all rollers with alcohol but nothing helped it still stays the same. Only that i didnt check is the fuser. As i know there arent sensors after fuser so i think its not that. What else can it be? Tried reseting it cleaning inside of it but no. Are there some detailed parts of it that can cause problem is paper is stuck in it?

I believe there is at least one sensor in the fuser and one for the exit flag.

I remove all plastic parts on it, i didnt touch fuser omly, so there can be a chance that its a fuser?
