Hi @hqnguyen,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you've already tried some basic troubleshooting steps, which is a good start. Here are a few more suggestions you can try.

  • Reset the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a couple of minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on again. Sometimes a simple reset can resolve temporary issues.
  • Check for Firmware Updates: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Sometimes, updating the firmware can fix bugs and improve performance.
  • Inspect Ink Cartridges: Make sure that all ink cartridges are properly installed and have enough ink. Sometimes, issues with ink cartridges can cause alignment problems.
  • Clean the Print Head: Use the printer's utility software to clean the print head. This can help resolve alignment issues caused by clogged print heads.
  • Run Diagnostic Tests: Many printers have built-in diagnostic tests that can help identify and fix alignment issues. Check your printer's manual or online support resources for instructions on how to run these tests.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
