  • HP+/II products: HP OfficeJet 8010e, 8020e, 9010e, OfficeJet Pro 8020e, 8030e, 9010e, 9020e, ENVY 6000e, 6400e, and HP ENVY Inspire 7200e, 7900e series printers. HP LaserJet M109e-M112e, M207e-M212e, MFP M139e-142e, and MFP M232e-M237e printers
  • II products for non-HP+ SKUs: HP OfficeJet 8010, 8020, 9010, OfficeJet Pro 8020, 8030, 9010, 9020, ENVY 6000, 6400, and HP ENVY Inspire 7200, 7900 series printers.

Hi all,

 

We wanted to share some recommendations regarding Unable to print on HP+ and II Printers, “Printer setup incomplete” or “something went wrong” on HP+ printers.

  1. Please make sure the printer is powered on and network connected.
  2.  If “Not able to Print” issue is encountered, or printer stuck at “validating… Please wait” screen:
    • Please try to remove and reinsert all ink supplies/toners,check if printing is recovered.  If issue persists, continue the troubleshooting
    • Repeat step 1 again and power cycle the printer. Check if printer is recovered, If issue persists, continue the troubleshooting
    • Perform Restore factory default, and re-onboard the printer.
    •  If issue persists, please contact HP
  3.  If “Printer setup incomplete”, or “something went wrong UU_400” is seen for newly setup HP+ printers:
