Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9019/Premier All-in-One Printer

I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 9019 All-in-One Printer. Currently the control panel is locked and I do not have the user name or password. I would like to reset the device but I am unable to due to the control panel lock. How do I reset the device to factory settings and remove the user name and password?

I see that you are facing an issue accessing your printer control panel as it is locked.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to change the password from the printers EWS page and let me know if that resolves the issue.
