Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Printer continues to even though I only requested one copy.  Yesterday an error message stated I have a print head problem.  I rebooted the printer and the message was removed.

I see that, the issue has been resolved. However, If you get a print head error, perform the steps from this document and see how it goes.
