Not only did the links expire but it seem the software did too.
I found a more recent MacOS uninstall procedure that has a movie

I found the software that was referenced but it "expired" with MacOS 12 but you could try it as it might have universal PCL drivers that are still good.

If you need to reset the printer this might work.
