HP Color LaserJet Pro 4201dw Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

We just purchased a new HP Color LaserJet Pro 4201dw. It arrived and we were setting it up and noticed that the duplex feature prints crooked on page 1 of the document (which actually gets printed after page 2, other side of the page, prints). The first page is the duplex side of the print job. We opened up the back door of the printer and found a green part that was loose and had a white roller that had popped out of it (possibly during shipping). We put the loose white roller back into the green part, but we don't know where the green part goes. We think this problem is directly related to the crooked printing. I'm attaching photos to show the printer and the part, before I contact support and possibly return it. Thanks for any help!20240501_095751.jpg20240501_095816.jpg20240501_102121.jpg20240501_102145.jpg20240501_102204.jpg

Here are a couple of pictures that should help you reinstall. Hopefully none of the pins are broken
