How do I get reimbursed for a bad printer cartridge

I'd be happy to help you! 

 

To get a replacement cartridge, I would request you to contact HP Phone support who can schedule a repair/replacement as per the warranty and the issue can be fixed.

 

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
