HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer

My Envy 5055  printer will not print magenta. I replaced the tricolor cartridge because the one that was in there was low but not indicating replacement. I have also tried to unplug the printer and plugged back in, removed the cartridge then put it back in, made sure the magenta color is showing on the outside of the cartridge where it makes contact, I have cleaned the print cartridges multiple times including a level two cleaning. I’ve realigned the printhead and then I even reset the printer to factory settings. All the other colors print fine.

I have done all the steps in the document. It won’t even print the color when I do a test page or after I clean the printheads. It seems my only option would be to service the printer but it’s not worth it as I’m sure it would cost more than the price of a new printer.
