Do any HP printers use inks that contain iron oxide? I'm interested in taking b/w images printed on paper and transferring them to wet clay; for this to work, the printer ink needs to contain iron oxide. Thanks!

Inks no.

In the past HP toners used iron oxide, nowadays they use polymer in the toners.

@Valsimot is mostly correct. The toner for HP printers contain less iron oxide than older models, that iron oxide replaced by proprietary blends of various plastics and in some cases wax. If you consult the MSDS sheets here, you can locate models that have higher levels of iron oxide.  Older models like the 4000 or 4015 seem to be popular with crafters, but it might be a good idea to check some of those user sites for advice on what other people are using for models.
