I turned on the babbling brook soundscape, but then I couldn't find out where to turn it off. I got rid of it by muting the poly lens application, but how do I turn it off?

Hello @ionFreeman

look at your screenshot. You are not running Poly Lens but Plantronics Hub instead.

Best Regards

Hello @ionFreeman ,

welcome to the HP Poly community.

Simply right-click on the icon on a Windows PC. On a Mac two-finger click on the icon. A menu will show up and you can disable the sound effects.

I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Best Regards

By "the icon" you mean in the system tray? This is the menu I get.

Oh, genius. I expected Poly Lens to have removed Plantronics Hub on install. Poly Lens was the blank icon in the upper left corner. It is indeed where the soundscaping is defined.

I uninstalled Plantronics Hub and its 2009 driver. It says it was updated in September, but there hasn't been a Plantronics in years. Does it still have the Tile integration and other features missing from Poly Lens? Maybe I want that back; I thought Poly Lens was just the current name for the same software.
