Hi.

I have been using the Plantronics status light on my previous laptop at work. I was given a new laptop and cannot find the companion app anywhere, therefore rendering my light useless.

I have tried the Poly website and HP website and helpdesk but have been running around in circles, with still no answer...

Since to consolidation of Plantronics / Polycom / Poly into HP support things have moved around. Please give me a couple of days and I see what I can find.

Just as an FYI, in our experience here, this OLD (2020) version of the Plantronics software doesn't work with the NEW Teams. To verify, I just downloaded it and tried (3/6/24). It doesn't seem to work with Teams 2.0, or 'new' Teams.  We have been using Embrava Connect software which 'kind of' works with New Teams, but it seems 'iffy', especially since Teams seems to be pushing updates almost daily. Sometimes it works, but sometimes it shows you're on a call when you're not, etc.  If someone finds good software that works with the current version of New Teams, please post it here.  Thanks, and have a good day everyone!
