i have moved 60 poly vvx 411 phones to poly lens configured with ms teams sip gw

i am now setting up a couple more on two different subnets, now these phones register on poly lens

but refuse to get their policies applied. the only thing it did do was autougrade its firmware

 i am using dhcp for the poly lens provisioning url

 

not sure how i can troubleshoot this

tried restore to default etc,
