Hi Team, 

 

I am trying to edit a Policy for Poly Lens.  Its an account level policy for the VVX 350. 

Whenever I edit the settings and apply, the settings return.  I also cannot remove the policy as it states there is 1 device configured with the policy, but there are no VVX350 handsets within my device list. 

 

Can you please assist.
