Poly Len Inventory page shows my some of my sites devices VVX 101, 201 and 311 all offline. They were added to lens but why can't Lens see them online?  Is is possibly my Firewall?

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.
