We are using more than 30 Poly solutions in our environment for conferencing. Polystudiox30/50/70's with Poly Touch Controller 8 & 10's.

 

We have half these rooms configured and then managed through MS Teams Room Pro Management.

The other half we have started using Poly Lens to provision the conference rooms.

 

However it appears though the devices pointing to the provisioning server continue to disconnect or un-register.

We first noticed the issue after a network outage on-site. They did not come back up.

But then we have been experiencing frequent issues with individual rooms disconnecting.

 

Usually this causes the room to be re-registered & or logged back into locally to work again.

Has anyone encountered this? 

Of course all of our software is up to date. For the poly devices & firmware

I don't think I've seen any issues with these devices getting signed out of teams since the recent fixes in the newer firmware versions.  Are you saying it's logging out of Teams and needs to be signed back in or is it losing registration with Poly Lens?

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come.

 

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

 

At time of writing PolyOS 4.1.3 is the latest Software and our Partner Microsoft supplied 1449/1.0.96.2023120801 for the Studio X and TC devices.
