Hello community,

 

how can I preconfigure and then distribute settings for the "Poly Lens Desktop App" itself? I need to configure and distribute "Device Alerts" configuration so that users arent disturbed by sudden popups.

I don't know the answer to that question - but I do distribute Lens desktop via Intune as just a straight install - and is a pretty quiet product.  When I mute my headset - it does tell me that I've just muted my headset.  But that doesn't bother me - and no one has complained.  I probably have 30 Poly headset users - fwiw.

I also know that it is quiet app when installing. But thats not the point at all.

It does disturb my users when while working there is a popup about an update.
