Great News! We have introduced a new experience in the Software download pages for select computing products. Using this new feature, we intend to provide a guided method for customers to choose the specific version of the Windows 10 operating system installed in their PC.

Currently we have this feature live on top 200 computing products in English language pages.

  • On eligible product pages, customers will see a new dropdown option just below their product image.
  • Hovering over the dropdown will bring up a message giving the details of the feature.
  • The button on the message will open an overlay, giving customers instruction on how to find out the Windows 10 version of their PC.
