What it installed now it is gone!?!?

should I just reinstall windows 7 completely because when I was in on vista when it stopped working I did a system restore then upgraded.

Should I do a clean install??

also it installed but now it is gone I am confused??

No it didn’t work because you gave me the file to hp quick launch buttons not the wireless driver.

and yes the quick launch buttons work fine and are installed.
