I saw a topic here solved by DavidPK (level18) on the same laptop. I have this laptop too and got the same situation, used a regular password but forgot that I changed it a year ago and this laptop is not much used, as I wanted to reuse it... I can't get in anymore because I can't remember my password... DavidPK set to enter the code 39090968 but that did not work...Did I do it wrong ? can anyone help ?

Also does anyone know if it is possible to upgrade fixed ram and or SSD in this laptop ?

So again ... it is a  : HP Pavillion X360 Convertible PC model 11-u051nb
