i can't find the tpm tab in the bios screen to enable and i didn't find it also on devise manager when i check in windows+r tmp.msc i the message appear compatible trusted platfrom module cannot bee found on this computer. verify that this computer has a 1.2 TPM or later and it is turned on in the BIOS

If your model has TPM, it would be in the UEFI Settings, not BIOS.

 

If you are seeing BIOS settings in text form, and not UEFI settings in graphical form, your model does not support TPM.
