First off, I really doubt you are running Windows IOT as that is an embedded OS for special systems, not consumer PCs.
Second, this message sounds like something that would be generated by a PC that was used by a company and administered by the same. So, is this a Work PC? Or did you buy it or obtain it from a company that previously used it?
