Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

I have laserjet tank 1502w and I want to use the print anywhere feauture but its not accessible and iam trying for a weak every time I open printanywhere it shows: we're sorry,but something went wrong .check that you have stable internet connection and try again. If you continue having the issue  try signing in later...etc . I tried deleting the application from mobile and I have good internet. What to do ? Is my printer in the 1st place can access this feauture? Thank you please help.
