Hi I have an HP ENVY Photo 7800 LL IN ONE PRINTER I need to enter my internet password which has a

I need help entering my password for internet but the key board will not allow me to enter center dash sample -

all the dashes come out on the bottom sample _ I tried both dashes in the numbers key  board and on letters holding shift key and not holding shift key. Can anyone help. I have a HP Envy photo 7800 series
