HP Smart App Says I Don't Own A Printer.. Does this effect Print Anywhere Option?

I've been trying to turn on the "Print Anywhere" feature in my HP Smart App (while on same wifi). I've been unable to. Also when I go "My Account / General" in the app it says "0 owned printers." Is there something I'm missing? I've updated drivers already. Thanks

Welcome to the HP Community --

Print Anywhere and the older "ePrint" technologies are not mentioned as supported on the Neverstop Laser printer series.

Moreover, Print Anywhere is a feature available in select HP+ printers after the HP+ service contract has been enabled.

ePrint is an older version of the "printer email" technology that was an option in some printers for a number of years.  Availability of ePrint always depended on the printer's Mobile Print options having supported the feature.

Without access to either of the options, printing to the printer via it's own email address is not supported.
