Product: HP ENVY 6010 All-in-One Printer

I was printing a series of photos on best print and the final page was very poor quality.

 

I performed a clean program and received a test print - no black ink.  I performed a deep clean - same result.  I have removed and reinstalled the ink cartridge and performed another clean - still no black ink.  The system says that there is a supply of ink in the cartridge but I have not had a replacement for a very long time and I think that the cartridge may have run out of ink.

 

How can I get a new cartridge issued to be able to check?  At the moment I cannot print what I need to.
