Hi @Tc513,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

To address the issue of two printers showing up in the HP Smart app when you only have one HP Smart Tank 7602 All-In-One printer, and to resolve the problem of wireless disconnection, you can try the following steps to delete the printers:

Uninstall and Reinstall the HP Smart App:

  • On your mobile device, uninstall the HP Smart app.
  • Reinstall the HP Smart app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Remove Printers from the HP Smart App:

  • Open the HP Smart app.
  • Tap on the printer icon at the bottom of the screen to go to the Printers screen.
  • Find the printers that should not be there (the duplicate or incorrect printers) and long-press on them.
  • Tap on the delete or remove option (this might be represented by a trash can icon or similar).

Forget the Printer on Your Mobile Device:

  • Go to the Bluetooth settings on your mobile device.
  • Find the printer listed under "My Devices" or "Paired Devices."
  • Tap on the printer's name and select "Forget" or "Unpair."

Reset the Printer's Wireless Settings (Optional):

  • On the printer's control panel, navigate to the wireless settings or network settings.
  • Look for an option to reset the wireless settings.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to reset the wireless settings.

Reconnect the Printer to Wi-Fi:

  • Follow the initial setup instructions for your printer to connect it to your Wi-Fi network again.

These steps should help resolve the issue of two printers showing up in the HP Smart app and the wireless disconnection problem. If the issue persists, you may need to contact HP support for further assistance.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
