Hi,

We use TC10 control panels with our X series room kit. We are looking to use them to provide MS Teams Panels at the entrance to each room. Technical question. Is there a way to configure proxy settings? When paired with an X series it inherits the proxy settings from the main unit, but as a standalone unit I cant see a way to do this. Our environment means we need to apply this configuration.

Anyone else have this problem or a possible solution.

Welcome to the HP community.

 

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application you are using.

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

 

The TC10 software can be updated independently and to my knowledge at present is 5.0.1 and it should have Proxy settings.

 

If an issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post, please work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature

Hi Steffen,

Thanks for the reply. I have managed to get the TC10 onto Firmware version 5.0.1 which strangely is only available once the TC10 has been logged onto Teams and is seen in Teams admin centre. Not from the Poly site. Anyway there is still no option to configure a proxy.

Do you know if this feature is coming?
