Poly StudioX52 can't register Calendaring Serivce success

I want to use Microsoft outlook account to register Calendaring Service. But I always got registration failed. 

Anyone register Calendaring service successfully? What is the probably problem?

Welcome to the HP community.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application or Provider you are using.

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

For your actual issue I am pretty sure you cannot register directly towards Outlook as from memory we do not support OAuth2 so only a registration towards Exchange is possible. From memory again you can use Poly OTD to bridge this.

Thanks for your reply. We have updated the Poly StudioX52 software version to the latest version, 4.2.0-396113.

Could you please provide instructions on how to use Poly OTD to bridge it or register toward exchange? We are currently using Microsoft outlook with the office365.com for email access, Is it possible to register the device directly with Microsoft Exchange under this conditions?
