Hi,
I'm having a weird issue with Zcentral remote boost software.
As the title says I can't restart my pc after installing Zcentral because whenever I do it my pc won't boot up again and I have to restart it three times to get it to a safe mode and try "startup repair" or reinstall windows. Obviously this is an issue when I'm trying to work remotely and I couldn't find a solution. I tried getting the help of a IT specialist in the studio where I work but he was just as lost as I was. 
I'm running a year old machine with Windows 11 (previously was win10 but I tried upgrading when this issue started). Clean install of windows doesn't help. 
My specs (if relevant) are: 
Motherboard - Asus proart x670e-creator wifi
CPU - AMD Ryzen 9 7950X 16-Core
GPU - Nvidia RTX 3090 TI
RAM - 128GB -> 2x Kingston FURY 64GB KIT DDR5 5600MHz CL40 Beast Black
Drive (with windows) - Samsung SSD 980 PRO 1TB

These are the things I tried: 
- Reinstalling windows 
- Installing Zcentral on different drive than the one with windows
- updating BIOS
- updating windows
- running disk check 
- running troubleshooting inside windows
- taking out all the ram sticks and trying one by one if one is faulty

That's about it. If anyone wants some more information I'll be happy to provide it.
So yeah if anyone came across this issue before let me know or if you might know how to fix this I would appreciate the help. Thank you.

Have you gotten this issue resolved?  We are starting to see some issues with WMI when people are upgrading from Win 10 to Win 11.  Without seeing logs, not sure this is the problem or not.  If you would like me to review your log files from a connection, please send me those at ZCentral@hp.com.  Please reference this post in the title of the email.

Attached is my elevation template, and would like to have that completed and sent to me as well.

after a ton of debugging, I have found a partial solution to what seems like you are experiencing.

 

Essentially doing 'custom' install with USB set to local only (rather than remote), keep allow shared clipboard on, and default of no proxy worked and is allowing the computer to boot with ZCRB.
