Hello,

We are encountering issues with keyboard input from an rgreceiver 20.4.1 running on an xubuntu thin client

We are connecting rgreceivers 20.4.1 on centos 7.9 hpz4rs

The left ctrl key input on the keyboard (which has specific behaviour in some of the applications our users use) is behaving differently through the zcentral connection to how it behaves when a keyboard is attached locally to the workstation.

Is there a good way to debug why this is happening?

Apologies for delay.  I have attached my elevation template.  Could you please fill out template and email it to ZCentral@hp.com? 

I would prefer not to collect too much detail on your setup here on the forum.  Please reference this post in the title

so I know who this is coming from.  We are not making anymore defect fixes for Remote Boost V20 after the last release of V20.4.1. 8921, but I would like to see if this behavior is in V22.1.1.
