So HP controls your ability to print.   I have been on phone with them to trouble shoot internet connection dozens of time- i just gave up.   Then today I received a contract to sign and return and decided to get my Envy 6400 up.  I wasnon the phone for 45 minutes call was dropped with no call back.  I got on again with HP and he went through the same steps but then he said “ your ink subscription has lapsed and thats why you are having issues”.  So HP can control your functionality!  Never got sm alarm to indicate lapse or the impact!   Some devious sculker and supportive management to support this type of perverse business model.  Kind of only renting the printer and i did not know it!   The tech also said i might need to purchase tech support. to address a failure designed by HP
