want to get enrolled back in. tried multiple times but it give me a message that cartidge cannot be used when I print.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I'd be happy to help you! 

 

You will have to re-enroll the printer in Instant Ink.

Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

 

You do not need the printer claim code for this model printer, the printer is automatically claimed to your account during the setup. Go to 123.hp.com to download the HP Smart app, and then set up your printer.​

if the app is already installed, reinstall it.
