Product: HP ENVY 6458e All-in-One Printer

I want my credit card information removed from an account that I do not use.  I am unable to do so on my end under the account billing section. It only gives me the option to change the card info, but I want it permanently deleted. If you could also inform me how to delete the account after removing the card information, that would be great.

If you are referring to an Instant ink account, I would recommend you contact phone support for further assistance on this issue. 

 

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
