HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer

Why can't I cancel the paper part? I don't need printer paper from them. Also when I clicked cancel it only showed everything which I didn't want. I want to keep the ink part but not the paper. Why did they tell me I had to return my printer to HP!? I PAID $300 FOR THIS! Why would I return it after 2yrs? They going to give me a refund for canceling a paper subscription for freak sakes!!!! And why can't I talk to someone and not some robot!

Welcome to the HP Community --

The only way I can think of that you must return the printer is if you signed up for an HP All-in Plan.

The contract for this type of service is different from other subscription services.

Link and information are provided later in this message.

Too, if you were having a conversation with a robot, there is a lot of room for the type of response you might receive to any given question.  My limited experience suggest that the answers you receive depends on way the robot translates your question and the level of intelligence or programming guiding the robot's answers.

If you have an Instant Ink subscription contract,

If you have not done so,

Consider:

Contact HP Instant Ink Support - Yes, in the USA, there is a phone contact number, no need to speak to a robot, I think.
