I need a cloud recovery image of my laptop for windows 10 the tool does not provide windows 10 image instead it is asking to download windows 11 please help

I see that you are facing an issue with creating a recovery media for your Laptop.

 

Please click on this link to create a recovery media for your Laptop.  (Take a backup of the data before performing a recovery)

OR

Please click on this link to create a recovery media using Microsoft media creation tool.
