I have an hp beats audio all in one pc, and every time I plug the power chord into the computer it goes off. Can anyone help? I need it for my classes

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

I had a HP Beats Audio PC in 2012 or 2013, but I digress.

 

I think you may have an external power supply problem or a: MB problem, or a component/peripheral connected to the MB/PC problem.

 

Only use a mouse and keyboard.

 

Then you might try a different (known good) power supply. A no go at this point suggests you have a MB problem or component directly connected to the MB problem (short, bad component, or a power delivery problem).

 

Since most components are integrated in your PC's MB it would not look promising at this point.

 

You may need a local PC Tech to see what has failed.
