Microsoft Windows 11

My CPU fan and back fan are running on top speed for no reason. I did a Bios fan test and got the result that my control of my thermal ventilation has a issue. My pc works ok but the fans keep at top speed even in bios. I got the error code RSH0GX-AMLC3V-GXGH4J-J3L103 .

Hi @RobsonRobin

Welcome to the HP Forum.

Try the error code you have at this HP Site. This might provide a clue which relates to the high fan speeds.

You need the product number in the following format: xxxxxxx#xxx at the above site to get a valid result.

I can only guess you may have a CPU thermal problem or a MB/CPU temperature sensor problem.

Download and run HWiNFO Portable Here to check all system temps.

Let the Forum know how it goes.

Regards
